This Privacy Policy explains how Clinicals AI collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our platform.
Information We Collect
For researcher accounts, we collect your name, email address, institution, and stated reason for access. For patients submitting contact requests, we collect name, email, and optional phone number. Search queries are not linked to your identity and are not stored.
How We Use It
Account information is used solely to verify researcher eligibility and provide access to the platform. Contact request information is shared with the relevant trial researcher to facilitate communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Condition Alerts
If you subscribe to condition alerts, we store your email address alongside your selected condition(s) to send you notifications when new trials are listed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Data Storage
Account and form data is stored securely via Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure. We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit and at rest.
Cookies
We use session cookies solely to maintain your authenticated state. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Data Retention
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Contact request data is retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Children
Clinicals AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
